Since 2014 NEC Ltd. is focused in the OXY-HYDROGEN generator design and constructions. During the years the company is working on technology improvements and cost effective gas production. The NEC Ltd. generators are known with their reliability and packed size.

Our philosophy is to implement OXY-HYDROGEN gas to and products and/or end processes.

Based on the idea for cost effective OXY-HYDROGEN gas production, we developed our machines, using self-invented devices and technologies:

VITRIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE 多终端访问支持

支持手机与电脑访问,体验流畅。Vitrification is a process of hazardous waste material integrations in liquid glass structure under high temperature (above 1400 degrees Celsius). Hazardous waste can be, but not only:

  • Fly ashes from Municipal Waste Incineration/ Incineration process
  • Bottom ashes from Municipal Waste Incineration/ Incineration process or other residual of burning process
  • Asbestos

OXY-HYDROGEN gas is the cost-effective heating carrier allowing the process to achieve the needed temperature above 1400 degrees in a short time. NEC Ltd conducted in partnership with BalBok Engineering Co. in laboratory environment vitrification of hazardous waste in form of bottom ashes and fly ashes from incinerating installation. The results were excellent and according BalBok Engineering Co laboratory the end product is in stable condition and is not any more hazard. That means it can be dispose with no more impact on the environment.

Internal combustion engines.整合常用功能,提升查询效率。 OXY-HYDROGEN gas mixed with the primary fuel. As result: increasing of the engine efficiency, respectively lowering the basic fuel consumption up to 30% and reducing harmful emissions up to 70%. Actually, this technology is economically applicable to large engines – trucks, buses, some marine and locomotives engines, industrial machinery.

  • Cleaning of internal combustion engines. The problem with the pollution inside the internal combustion engines (deposits, oxides) is very typical in trucks, buses, cars. Treatment the engines with OXY-HYDROGEN gas, removes deposits and oxides, improves engine performance, reduces fuel consumption and harmful emissions. The treatment increasing engine life, avoid expensive chemical cleanings, and generate savings from cost reductions.
  • Integration of OXY-HYDROGEN systems in existing (or suspended from work due to pollution problems) heat and power plants working with oil or low-caloric fuels.
  • Improving the efficiency along with emissions enter the permitted norms of heat and power plants working with low-calorie fuels.
  • Production of standalone systems for full burning in eligible environmental standards of low caloric or waste fuels – oil, coal, waste oils, biofuels

A technology that allows to use Oxy-Hydrogen gas mixture instead of standard gases as Propane and Acetylene used in gas steel cutting processes.

   DPF/Catalytic converter regeneration system

汇总当期数据,展示直观清晰。In recent years there has been a tendency to increase the requirements of environmental standards for exhaust gases of internal combustion engines, especially for diesel ones.

The factory-fitted dust particulate filters and catalytic converters have their own life, which, in the dynamic time we live in, is running out too quickly. Poor fuels, improper engine  maintenance also help to further shorten the life of these components.

Unfortunately, the cost of replacing these components is quite high, as in old cars (over 5 years) it may be comparable to the cost of the vehicle itself.

This issue has not been the case since yesterday, and various technologies for cleaning dust particulate filters are available on the market.

Based on the above, NEC Ltd developed a technology with no analogue for cleaning of dust particulate filters and catalytic converters of diesel engines. Using the oxy-hydrogen gas properties of combustion, we created a gas mixture specifically for this purpose. The ignited gas mixture reacts with the deposits in a specific manner by destroying them without disturbing the ceramic structure of the treated part. The cleaned workpiece is processed at “point” in layers to prevent lateral heat transfer to the surrounding surface.

No harmful gases are emitted during the process, making it environmentally friendly and harmless to the operators of the procedure.

Специфична цел: Внедряване на високоефективна електролизна клетка за производство на оксиводороден газ с подобрени технически показатели – налягане, консумация, ефективност и площ на системата.
